(applies to mechanical Pinion gearboxes)
We generally recommend that you familiarize yourself with Pinion transmission technology before travelling. Save the most important pages of the user manual digitally and the service videos for the shift cable and oil change digitally so that they can also be accessed offline.
Please also refer to the ‘Maintenance and Care’ section of the relevant manual for your product. See the maintenance schedule with the recommended intervals. In addition, please follow the recommendations of your bicycle manufacturer.
You can read here which Pinion-related tools and spare parts you should take with you on a trip.
Answers to the most common causes of faults can be found in our FAQs > TROUBLESHOOTING : FAQ Troubleshooting and in our service videos >https://pinion.eu/en/service-videos/ For all further questions, our Technical Customer Service is available to advise you by telephone.
IMPORTANT! This does not apply to the Pinion E-Line (MGU)! The primary service partner is FIT Biketech. It must be clarified in advance whether support is guaranteed abroad.
